the area is great … and land price is going up like crazy … it is near the US Base and a lot of construction is going on … in the next 4 years the place will continue to look better and increase in mortgage … so I t is a good investment if you ask me ...

I remember once I wanted to buy an apartment and until I get the cash cleared (which took me 2 months) the proced boomed by 30% … so I didn’t go for it … but if you can afford it go for it

Who said Mmani Competitors were natural??? What i said was what is actually happening in the sport which is a fact and better said by some one in the sport than someone from out and mess it up … beating the test in not easy … but once you get use to it it becomes easy …

Yes eibach is one of the best there is but dont put that air filter in it, tis useless, you should buy Piper Cross air filter, its the only filter that adds some horsepower and the sound is sweet, i got one trust me.
