Weird that the self proclaimed worlds greatest negotiator somehow can't negotiate a deal with his own party

I still find it odd that Congress doesn't just write up what Trump promised on the campaign trail
Why doesn't he just go to Congress and say give me the six things I promise the American People

1.  Insurance for Everybody
2.  No Cuts to Medicaid
3.  No One will Lose Coverage
4.  Nobody will be worse off financially
5.  Get rid of all artificial lines
6.  Everybody is going to be taken care of

I wonder why he can't get his own party to do what he promised.

When you don't trust and employee what's the next step? If you have disloyal employee what do you do? Even if it's suspected, you protect the business. You've had a business for 26 years And you don't know this? How many employees do you have?
