where do you find the nutrional value of beer

so i'm sittin here drinkin beer and i just realized i can't find the nutrion label on it. is there a site that tell it to  ya?  cuz it ain't on the can or the box and i need to know whats in my beer man.

You will find most the time that alcohol will not have a nutrtional information section as it is not classed as a food or requirement of a diet or something like that...

thats how it is here in New Zealand anyhow......  you will find the odd beer like guiness that has a full breakdown or nutrition.....maybe cos doctors reccomend stout sometimes...who knows

obviously its not compulsory

As a general rule, a pint of 'normal' strength beer - eg.fosters, carling, has around 180-200 calories. A pint of stronger beer, like kronenberg or stella, has around 250 calories. But i would much rather drink the stronger stuff - the weaker stuff dont get me pissed  :)

Anyone ever notice... On friday if you go out and bang down 12+ beers, then workout on saturday... your muscles pump bigger than anyother day of the week.

I think its a mixture of dehydration and taking superpump250
