Toney is known to be very carb sensitive.

Palumbo does not feed him any carbs at all up until the day of the contest.

Correction.......he`s as thick as hell,just not bloated/fat/waterlogged which is usually the norm these days and sometimes mistakenly called thickness.

We are so used to seeing bloated midgets that a true big guy like Toney almost seems alien in todays current crop of IFBB pro's.

freeman is not thick.

So Branch is the only Thick one - It should be good... Ruhl and Ronnie not competing but Ronnie does think X is looking good.
