Ive always thought that people who train or workout while on vacation are ridiculous.
I go on several vacations a year but in between those vacations I never miss a workout and probably maintain my diet around 90%, even "cheat days" are scheduled.
So when I go on vacation it is to thoroughly enjoy myself, get piss drunk, stay out all night, hangout on the beach all day, steady diet of rum and cokes etc... not to go through a half assed workout while hungover at the hotel gym.
I was sick at that time probably 193lbs my lowest weight in the last 2 decades. It’s too much I was ill at that weight. I also have added a lot of muscle back since then. I looked ripped and great heavier than that. But yeah I get it I need to bring up my condition on stage. 10lbs less in water would have made a big difference I kind of did something wrong at the end I learned after talking to coach. But regardless my condition doesn’t suck nor do my calves as of right nowand that right there is why you will never be "stage ready"
I will eventually dial it all in but I need more size. I know I can get lean but it doesn’t matter how lean I am if I have no legs at that weight.
If he had stuck with this and just claiming credit for winning his class it would have been fine. Nope, he has to go exaggerating into bullshit about winning The Cup, Pro Am, one guy looking like Arnold, etc. He can't help himself. Look at what he's done to Coach (who made a nice gesture friendly towards a mongoloid and has to be drawn into his lies). Same with SCN. Same with maid giving speed.
