Does anyone know how to save youtube videos?

It varies depending on your OS.  Do a google search for saving youtube videos.  Of course, the files you get from doing this are not the original files.  There is a better way than downloading files this way.  Send a note to the person who posted the original file and ask them to send you a copy.  I've traded videos with many people this way.
