Any good ones out/coming out for the 360?

Haven't had time to buy any games in a while and was thinking about buying one, I will make time!  Short list so far;

RE5
Dead Space
Silent Hill Homecoming (out soon I think)

Heard great things about dead space from my pals so that's next!!
