... that image is Photoshopped or otherwise altered, yes? With the way guys are using oil these days it's too fucking hard to tell.
IF that is not heavily manipulated AND that guy has decent back development, yeah -- he should be a pro and top 10 Olympia finisher.
But then, I'm a little drunk and feel like I'm missing out on a joke or something :D

Looks like Robbie Anchant. He's in his 40's now but you'd never guess it. He had loads of potential but never came in with a condition good enough to do himself justcie.

First pic great upper body, legs lack deep cuts and separation. Then second pic upper body looks soft (especially mid section), legs look a tad better. It's hard to tell with pics, maybe he wasn't completely squeezing when the shutter flashed.
