He's talking about the other Muscletime one.  I actually hadn't seen the one you just put up where he's flexing his bicep.  I'm gonna have to save some of these...props for putting these up, I counted like 5 or 6 I've never even seen before.  Kevin's physique really just makes me wanna work out.  That's the gauge for me of a good physique.  Some guys I see and I just wanna go to the gym and figure out a way to get more like them.  Just go in there and grind on whatever place it is until it's time to stop, until you've done more than you did the last time, somehow, someway.  Sometimes you can look at them and and just feel a way to do a new exercise.

I gotta tell you jeff, you and I are kindred spirits. I have the same exact thoughts as what you write. I'll look at someone with crazy, thick traps for instance, and i think "how does he set his body and mind up to hit them so well?" what's he doing that I'm not? And I'll go to the gym with a mental picture of Those traps in my mind and try and hit them in a new way. I'm not naive as i realize genetics are KING, but I also believe that mentally connecting to your muscles is one of the things that separate the men from the boys.
