the stealth bench is under the rack... you can see it's foot in one of the pics... too lazy to walk back upstairs for more pictures... (gym is on the 3rd floor)

oh, and cardio is in a separate room, also on the 3rd floor

did i mention that i have new Bell of Steel on the way? 25kg & 10kg (mine to keep; i had borrow the same hammers from a buddy for a few months to try them out)...
25kg hammer is life changing... my new one should arrive this week

WOOO: Very functional, very basic and very productive I would think.
Ever done barrel lifting, with liquid inside, which can shift the weight load very quickly, giving unstable handling to the exercise. True old time stuff, with the liquid usually being beer and done in beer gardens in Germany, Poland, France, etc.. Cooper barrels used.
Played around with 55 gallon oil drums, with the narrow rim, when working at a mining plant in the high desert. Never a full drums, always less than fourth. Took a empty drum to the gym where I use to workout at. Fun stuff to see how much we could clean and press it overhead, adding or removing water for the weight.Quite a challenge for most guy's. Great for the grip. Kept in out in the back, behind the gym. Probably still there after so many years. Good Luck.

i have 3 kegs, but i put them in a friend's garage before moving (same guy i borrowed the hammers from)... yeah, they are fun!

had one hell of a party 2 summers ago when a bunch of us wanted kegs...
we all get together at least once a week at a friend's house you have a strongman gym in his garage (stones, tires, everything)

wish i had a power rack but i have squat stands to save space. What make is the preacher bench? i got one from Northern Lights.
