brutal quarter reps whilst carrying out a conversation !

looks like his 'road to the olympia 2013' will really be a way to keep his name hot whilst pimping his new supp range. he looks good anyway. much better than ronnie.

He's 10 years younger than Ronnie.  Ronnie at his age (39) was better than Jay at any age.... So give it a few more years.
