Why did you decide that the shower was the best place for auto-erotic asphyxiation?

Maybe a seated calf raise for those days when constipation is an issue?

This is kinda embarrassing but I have doorway pull-up systems on 3 doors in my house...every time I walk through those doors I gotta knock out a set of 10 minimum..grip position doesn't matter but lately it's been neutral grip

My basement ceilings are like 9' tall, and I'm about 6'. 3' ROM?

Only problem is I think I need to raise the shower head because I want the hot water hitting me throughout the movement.

Hmm not sure if your mom wants you putting up chin up bars in her shower. Better ask permission first.

What do you think getbig? ???
I put one in my doorway of my 2nd bedroom about 15 years ago! That's a little more practical!
