I hit 245 at 5 9 and that was pushing it nothing would fit unless xxxl and I just felt like shit with bad sleep apnea

Heaviest was 278 @5ft 7in
Shit I couldn't breath.. had trouble walking.. just putting on cloth was a challenge..
I looked like a big power lifter..
That was about 15 year ago..
Now I don't care about bulking up anymore.. or the bodybuilding lifestyle / supplements/ juice...
Life is to important to die of a heart attack  :-\
Now I'm at 230lbs and still losing weight..
Target is to be between 195 lbs and 210 lbs

Currently 225 at 6'  with about 17% bf and I'm natural and have been for 15 years.  The most ever was 250 at about 20% bf, I would like to get down to about 210 with sub 10% body fat but it's hard to do not being on juice.
