There needs to be a exit of some current posters and the addition of some former posters.

3-4 of these would swing it back a bit.

I don't want balonie ..you all know how big I am now day and how narcsisitic I am but! you did help my Donald win the American election in you own special way and this is the place I started in 2005,,

I will start posting more in 2017 like I promised on ripped.com ,, I will try to help you but I got the other boarding which is the best thing that happened to bodybuild and fitness and athletics in general

I ask to give me time ..it not easy to do 2 boardings,,
