No plans, typical Friday night will go in the back room and drink cans of pop eat bags of crisps and maybe have a few games on the computer. The woman will sit in the front room reading her book.

Working allday.Usually take the wife to a steak house a couple days after for a nice dinner.Would never do anything on Valentine’s Day.will have flowers delivered tomorrow though.

Took my Goomah to my favorite Italian restaurant today. Her blonde Italian hair looked great by the glow of the candles. Ate an incredible amount of food. I had Seafood marechiara over linquine. Had a nice red Italian wine. A raspberry tartufo for desert. Can't believe I have to take the wife to the same place tomorrow. I'm going to be fat as house.

"Deadlift / Back day" at gym.

Normal FRI except the root-canal.
Wife and I haven't done anything for Joe-Val day in like 30 years, even she thinks its "the ghey"...

Working until 6pm. Then straight to the gym to train legs. Then going to get some sushi at a place I like. Go home and shower, catch up on 'Narcos' on Netflix.

No desire to go out tonight for any reason if I'm single. Even thought VD is a made up, bullshit holiday, it would seem awkward to me to go out solo or with a couple of other male friends that are also single.

Went to Palm Springs last night. Ate at a couple places where you pay $100 for dinner then pick up Taco Bell on the way to the hotel. Good times

After training, ended up having lunch at Greek place in Derry, Lamb Souvlacki w/ Feta. Diet Sprite, Hummus dip.

Stopped for an Aroma Joe's "Rush" Energy Drink (Place near Walter White's gym in Derry).

Sugar Free "Rush, with Sugar Free Mango syrup (chemical warfare). After the Rush (150 mg of caffeine) took a nap.
