.. lifts in bench, dead, and squat after 4 years of training mainly for strength and some for asthetics (spelling?)?? No drugs.
Also, anyone know anything about all natural strongman comps anywere? Opinions?
Flaming is welcome :D

an indication of bodyweight would be useful.

5' 9" about 187lbs 14%bf

3 times BW Squat and Dead. 2 times BW Bench. I think just about everyone in the powerlifting world would consider these lifts to be very respectable. Check out the USAPL State records to see where you want to be.
BWT, at 5' 9" you're WAY too tall for 181's or 198's. Start eating!

yeah man..double bodyweight on teh bench and triple on the squats and deads.. You're lucky.i'd feel a whole lot better about myself if i was under 200lbs pulling what I do HAHA

Respectable? Those numbers are elite if your talking about raw numbers. 3x bodyweight for squat and dead and 2x bodyweight bench press are insane, especially for a drug free lifter.
If you just looking for respectable I'd say 2xBW for squat, 1.5xBW bench, and 2.5xBW for deadlift raw, and I mean lifts that would pass in a meet, no quarter squats or bouncing off the chest benching or bullshit like that.

Yeah that concept finally sunk in so I've been eating every 3 to 4 hours now trying to get to 200. It's hard right now since I do MMA on the side and try to keep up a lot of cardio.

That seems more realistic. I won't juice till I'm 40 for hormone replacement since I am predispositioned for hair loss and I already have problems with acne.

I don't agree.
I would say a 500-550 lbs squat is definitely respectable, with a single ply for someone @189 lbs. Raw: Cerca 420 would be pretty respectable.
Consider the time he's been lifting as well.
Benchpress with a shirt, I'd say around 350-370 lbs. Raw: 315-330 lbs.
Deadlift with a suit: 500+ and raw, 440+

1.75 x bodyweight bench
2.5 x bodyweight squat
2 x bodyweight dead
decent.

I disagree.
For a seasoned 220lb OPEN USAPL Lifter (Single ply gear / Drug tested), a 660 Squat, 440 Bench and 660 Deadlift for a 1760 Total are very respectable numbers but not earth shattering. They should win you states but, you'll get crushed at nationals by about 300 lbs.
Anything close to 3x squat & dead, 2x bench is Very good in my eyes. Obviously there are milestone numbers that are respectable in most gyms no matter what you weigh. Like benching 315 for reps, squatting 500 raw and deep, pulling 6 plates usually will turn some heads. I'm just throwing a common standard out there to shoot for. For the average guy 405, 315, 405 Raw is nothing to sneeze at. It all depends on how much you're into this game.

Only 4 guys totaled over 1760 in the 220 pound class at the nationals, which makes a 800 kilo total pretty damn impressive.
