I disagree.
For a seasoned 220lb OPEN USAPL Lifter (Single ply gear / Drug tested), a 660 Squat, 440 Bench and 660 Deadlift for a 1760 Total are very respectable numbers but not earth shattering. They should win you states but, you'll get crushed at nationals by about 300 lbs.
Anything close to 3x squat & dead, 2x bench is Very good in my eyes. Obviously there are milestone numbers that are respectable in most gyms no matter what you weigh. Like benching 315 for reps, squatting 500 raw and deep, pulling 6 plates usually will turn some heads. I'm just throwing a common standard out there to shoot for. For the average guy 405, 315, 405 Raw is nothing to sneeze at. It all depends on how much you're into this game.
