Wow she almost looks unreal!! But there was no photoshop in  those day.  Looks like she has her bottom ribs taken out?? Did they do that back then...can anyone find more pics to see if it was the angle?

I read that Jane Fonda had ribs removed. It's very possible that Betty did also
