The "noodles" are made of potatoe dough.
Cooked, tossed in butter and sprinkled with sugar and poppy seeds.

My wife and I used to go to this backery on Sundays on a hilltop and eat Senday breakfast overlooking our village. Very Schmucky, but I loved it.
