4 am - 4:30 - 12 sets - 2 plates on each side of shoulder machine press
3 x 10 x shoulder press superset w bent over laterals with 35's
3 x 10 x shoulder press superset w side laterals with 35's
3 x 10 x shoulder press superset w upright rows with 35's
3 x 10 x shoulder press superset w shrugs with 75's
4:30 - 5:30 - Circuit rounds of
10 x KB swing with 88lb KB
15 sec walk
10 x Face pull with band
15 sec walk
10 x curl and press with 35's DB
15 sec walk
10 xTRX rear delt raise
15 sec walk
15 x hanging leg raise
6:00 - 7:30 am - BJJ
