Chicken, steak, eggs, pasta, white rice, fruit, veggies, ice cream, ice tea, cheesecake, milk, bagels, cream cheese, and hamburger patties. Bought that today.
I get so fucking hungry at nightduring the day Ill eat some lean ground beef dish/steak, lately some pork steaks too ... some fruit[blueberries grapes] during the day. I always eat a banana in the morning. carrots, spinach, grape tomatoes .. I find late at night I'll eat potato chips or brownies or cookies. so it fucks with every thing. I eat fairly clean during the day. but those late night snacks fuck with me. I need some kind of replacement for that.
There are plenty of sugary supplements that double as "protein sources". Just have a shake or two at night.Hows that cocktisitis going btw?

I got a pear shaped body. I've put on some pounds around the belly and ass this last month. I need to eat good always, but I need some discipline these next 5 months. I look ok no homo but am very hard on myself. I look like shit.
