You cant even tell distented stomach from just wide waist. Take a good look at vid again. His stomach is not distended at all.

pacotita cant pull the muscle....he doesnt have the structure...his structur eis like a gymnasium rat that due to specific drusg and narcotics got to very very very good condition ,, but! he cant pull the look and have decent v taper...his midsection is a mess organ growth that can nto be hiden ...he is palumbo but ....well palumbo with better arms...

im wondering about this pro gut thing, what exactly causes it and what can be done to avoid it if you want to be ifbb size (or is it inevitable?)
i've heard visceral fat from decreased insulin sensitivty but also some people say organ growth? do the organs shrink back down after stopping gh and insulin? is it total amount used over a long period of time or size of daily doses that matters?

gh15 if a gentleman is on 400iu of insulin a day, does that mean the gentleman would have to shot himself 40 times a day plus the growth and the oils?. Can we have a honest guess of 50 and change shots a day for a professional gentleman bodybuilder (except you offcourse).
Off that gentleman should use the same seringe over and over again.

we profesionals and top amatuers...sadly in this day and age ...inject insulina and hgh with every meal ,, some do the gh day noon and night ,, but generaly speak....with every meal loads of insulina and then the gh ofcourse...
you wont be able to be 5'10 250lb mid singles with out this protocol ,, 5'10 fellas were never meant to be single digit 250lb ....yes some fatzo americnos can be 256lb 5'11 but they also carry 22% bodyfat with about 30-40lb of water on them ...

This is very simple to answere, Almost all websites (bodybuilding related) where you can cast your vote for who you think is the winner, or fans choice award almost always goes to Branch including this past Arnold's, so as long as bodybuilding fans all over the globe think he should win, then the judges will give it to him. Now the question is why do majority of fans think he should win? because good physique? No of course not, they like his attitude, he is warrior, he is workaholic, and is hardcore and very friendly. On top of this the magazines are still read by millions worldwide, the reality is the traffic that goes through getbig is peanuts in comparison to the magazine so the influences the magazines have on fans is still second to none. So tell me how many fans would pick Paco as a winner of a show, unfortunately no one, oh except maybe Kyamo :( :-\.
