What Frank Zane had to say about Arnold's eating habits. Taken from the November 2011 issue of Muscle & Fitness...
"Arnold knew how to diet but didn't always have the resolve to do it. That was his downfall. I was eating breakfast with him at Denny's one time, and he said, 'Frank, it doesn't matter what you eat, as long as you eat a lot of it.' And then he had a whole bunch of hash browns, eggs, pankcakes, and toast. When I beat him, he look like a smooth, white whale."

I think this is from the photo shoot after the contest. Notice the same trunks. I may be wrong, but I'm pretty sure it is.

Which is why he had no screen time in Pumping Iron except for that brief moment when you see him in the background while Arnold performs concentration curls while talking about cumming.

In other words Arnold never reached his full potential..... what do you think?

same bodybuilders went competing for decades . roy was there in 1968 and went on to mr o in 1981 in amazing shape .

It will really be good for the "sport's' image, to let miss Universe or miss America be part or simply walk on stage at an IFBB even and have pictures taken/pose with say mr.O or Arnold classic winner... mainstream media is always following these miss America/Universe around.
