Decided to jumpstart things with a round of keto.

I’ve got up to 50lbs dumbbells.
Still going to stay at my friends gym when CT reopens,have to wear a mask and only 50% capacity.

My gym isn’t really busting chops about wearing it,As long as you have it around your neck they leave you alone.
