Hey, he does what he does and it builds (at this point, maintains) him muscle (as long as he's on a tonne of gas, of course). However ...
The video piece begins with all these quotes about going where you haven't gone before. This guy is doing what he's been doing for years, it would seem. Ronnie actually pushed shit past his comfort zones and this allowed him to become an alien (in a good way).
This workout is a typical by-the-books bodybuilding session: half-range leg curls, shit-barely-bending-his-knees leg presses, totally crappy leg presses using powerlifting knee wraps because his joints are so fucked, etc.
Why doesn't the dude get under a bloody bar and do some dangerous squats? Like put five or six hundred pounds on and try for some never-before-hit numbers using a full range, ass to basement? Maybe he'd get some different stimulation (no homo) in this way and his body would marginally improve beyond its current state of looking horrific and fucked six ways to Sunday.

there are plenty if vids of Branch squatting big weights and not partial reps. hope this helps.

GH15 is right, the importance of training is 3rd behind drugs and nutrition.

you cant grow without training and you cant grow again without good balanced nutrition plan all that for top bb adding test and so to the mix will make you grow too ! so all in all its a package ! you cant favor one to anther IMHO.

I can only lead a horse to water, but cant make him drink
there's really no need for Branch to work full reps if the gear does its job with 1/4 the motion
