This guy is the future of bodybuilding, picture taken a few weeks ago look at the density and hardness at 312 pounds he has almost no weak points just need to bring up his back thickness that's it.

hes been deadlifting over 700lbs for years, his back is as god as its going to get.

Pros dont improve weak points, its like saying Kai has to get more trap thickness.

A BODYBUILDER who auditioned to be on Desperate Scousewives was found guilty of encouraging last summer’s riots on Facebook.

Nathan De Asha, 25, told his 855 Facebook “friends” to loot Liverpool One while police tried to contain the worst street violence seen in the city for a generation, Liverpool Crown Court was told.

In August last year he posted comments telling people to “terrorise police” and “hit town an get something out of it”.

He added: “The Mancs took Arndale. Let's take Liverpool 1 tonight and be above them.”

In long online conversations De Asha argued with people who disagreed with him, calling them “gegs, rats and snitches”.

Ben Jones, prosecuting, told jurors De Asha was arrested last September after someone sent a print out of his rants to a police station.

Throughout his two-day trial De Asha denied encouraging people to commit crimes saying it was hard to tell that he was being sarcastic when reading text.

But jurors took just over two hours to find him guilty by a unanimous verdict.

De Asha, who was living in Toxteth at the time of the riots but is now of Pensarn Road, Broadgreen, sought to justify his comments by talking of people’s ‘anger’.

He posted: “No jobs, tired of the Government robbing us,” and: “What else can we do except terrorise the police and smash things up?”

He told the court: “I’ve got three trades and I still haven’t got a job. I’m doing a university degree and still don’t got a job. People can do what they feel like. It’s up to them.”

Judge Roger Dutton, said: “Inevitably there will be a custodial sentence in this case. Encouraging crime in the context of what happened is extremely serious.

“What happened last August was truly shocking.

“A large number of people would use Facebook and other methods to whip up enthusiasm for the law breaking that took place.

“This was one such young man unfortunately.”

De Asha will be sentenced on March 30.

If he brings up his legs and back by adding a good solid 15 lbs, he can win the Olympia

Bold prediction.  Having said that however, the anabolic chicken and O2 gym 'magic mirror' have clearly worked their magic over the last 12 months, so after another year or two...  Top 6?  Definitely.  Top 3?  Maybe a camel-steak too far...

Looks very odd in that FDB, extremely long torso and bow-legged. Compton looks better than both DeAsha and McCarver.
