2003 and around that year. He should have at least been solid top 3 if not the winner for a few years around that time.

yes i remember i checked it but was it from any olympia or one of the GP tour??.. also he didnt own them in all poses!!.. markus was a monster but he had some shape flaws that prevented him from being no. 1!!..

sorry bro.!!..

forget about these training shots from the magazines but yes from his training videos i believe nasser preferred/prefers to use the belt in many exercises and not only the big ones like squats and deadlifts and he uses straps with most of back exercises..

straps are really very important with heavy back and traps exercises but most ppl dont like to bother themselves with them,.. i am included!!..

many thx bro. and yes i have a lot of hair on my legs that covers all the details

although they are bad i really like them now because my genetics in this area are very poor and for me this is the best i could achieve after one whole year of serious training.. i was training them before of course but VERY lightly..
