although they are bad i really like them now because my genetics in this area are very poor and for me this is the best i could achieve after one whole year of serious training.. i was training them before of course but VERY lightly..

Have we seen Groink's yet maybe I missed it?  I know he has some big ass arms. Your lower thigh around the knee area is pretty good maybe some more upper thigh and you are good to go meaning matching your upper body.

No  they are pretty much what i expected, small with crummy shape, calves are non-existent...you can't seriously think your legs look good.

I also found it really funny that you can NEVER just take a picture in normal light. You actually STOOD ON A BED to get as many shadows on your legs as possible from the light over your bed.
