Might try positive/negative tricep extensions with the help of a training Bud. Lay flat on a gym mat or kneel before a bench with the elbows on that bench. Using a double looped end strap, long towel, belt (karate/judo belts work well), etc, hold both ends of it. You training parter, holding the other end, will apply resistance slowly behind you as you straighten out the arms all the way . Thats the positive part. On the way back to the starting position, your partner will pull back slowly as you resist his pull all the way back to the original starting position.. Thats the negative part. Total, one positive/negative rep. 8 to 12 reps will fry the triceps to the extreme. Do two full sets, which should be enough for most mortal men. And that should be the only tricep exercise you will need or do in any workout. This positive/negative resistance movement also works well on the hams.
DB pullover & press. With the pressing part, keep the elbows in and in line with the body, not moving outwards. Hammer grip throughout with the DB's.
Dips, with the body at 180 degrees (straight up). No leaning forward or even backwards at all. Have a training Bud hold your feet or legs in a straight position. If your gym has a "V" dipping bar, than try for a narrower grip position as you can.
I have not done any direct tricep exercises for years and for a lot of guys the BP, overhead presses and dips can take care of the triceps very well. But if anyone feels the need, than the above exercises have worked for many a man I have seen. Forget about any special exercises for the head of the triceps, that's mostly hype anyway. Just keep it simple and slam the triceps to your hearts content. Good Luck.
