with the most basic of lifts. I've been working out in a typical 2 muscle or 1 muscle a day fashion for well over a year now, but i need something new.
I'm thinking dead lifts, squats, pullups/chinups, flat and incline bench, military press.
Do you think these are some good ideas for lifts? any others you'd add or take out? what about a good program?
any input is greatly appreciated, you guys know more then me!
