Yeah but is traps are too small for his body and his face is a little puffy so if he dieted down to minus 300.99999% he would only have 12'' arms and a 34'' chest. ::)

whomever posted above that he dosen't believe Mike is 290 at 6' needs to lift some weights ....Mike has a pumpkin flavored watermellon head and his arms dwarf his dome so I would guess mikes arms were easily 23" at that bodyweight ...

people don't realize just how big he is ...

at one point Mike was 190 fucking kilograms at 6' !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That is the plan :) Gonna get to 275 and make a run for the Raw Bench Record and then cut again to 242 and stay there.
