Groink looks 100x better then me, but that doesn't stop me from poking fun at him every once in a while.  Nobody is off limits in my book.  Even the guys that I like (which is pretty much every real poster)

i am about 9/10%.. i always am..... i do not get fat easily.....and training mma burns a LOT!!! also muscle though....
the pic is blurry and the very white light doens't help... it reflects....
but i have not trained my legs for like 8 months.... just mma....
i will go back to bb... i am getting all kinds of little injuries lol.... and i do not like the fact that i am getting "small"
my calves are actually not bad for a tall dude... you just can not see my ankles in the pic... they are tiney....

I started my cycle 8 months ago with a bottle of Biogen Tren/test blend, and a bottle of tren, 1 shot of each a week, so 500 mgs a week total ...The Biotest was bunk, I'm sure of it.. I didn't put ANY size on, and i hardened up..which i think was just a result of the tren I was running..

After i was done with that bottle I switched to tren only, from a different supplier  for the remainder of the cycle, upped it from one shot a week to three and that's when things started happening.  i have nothing to hide.

I have been kicking around the idea of running test too, and I'm sure I've posted my thoughts...but every guy I know that runs it looks bloated and gets zits...i just don't see the benefit

EDIT : if i run anything else..it will be a dry compound, equipose, masteron, anavar..shit like that.  I don't need or want any more size...I'm a natural 225 pound guy without lifting a weight or drinking a protein shake. I have no interest in being 250 pounds

not bottom heavy at all.... i have no real good pics of me fully loaded on juice....
as i do not compete..... and since i arrived in brazil i am , well was concentrating on mma....
most pics i have posted here are of me since i started training mma.... and well.... that burns off a lot of muscle.... also i am using a LOT less...... sissy dosages...  
so everything got smaller except my natural strong points... legs and shoulder/backwidth....(got smaller as well, but less)
arms/chest and general thickness is less..... but i know very very well how to get that back in a matter of weeks... lol...  
one pic was on holliday..... and before i started mma training... the other one is recent...

yeah i will....
mma is very cool.... but also very hard on the body....
and quite frankly i do not have the time anymore to train 2 times a day... and to compete you really need that practice....
and bb is and will always be my first love so to speak....
also i am very talented physically.... but i lack severly in the mental aspect of mma lol... i am to lazy and do not have that drive to go all out....
it's a real hard existence, and i have much respect for fighters....
being lazy, bb is what suits me perfectly....
