So, this begs the question, what is the "correct way" to lift?
If anybody has seen the way Bertil Fox lifts, he was all over the place, and when he did dumbbell presses, one side would be faster than the other. Yet look at his results.

there is no "correct" way because everyone is built different, and incorrect way would be to use branch and johnnie wor eg
the tossing and swearing and dancing and swinging is incorrect
