So i decided to say bye bye to training like a bodybuilder

i competed few time when i was younger but lately it seem like ive been letting bodybuilding control my life-instead of going out to eat with freinds or takeing strolls on the boardwalk w/ my fiancee ive told them i need to come out a bit later cuz i need to finish up in the gym-if im not gonna compete again why live my life like i am competeting

i am still a huge fan of bodybuilding im just gonna take it a bit more slower in my appraoch to it...diet tanning etc

i also want to get back into martial arts and i hope to do that once my patella tendon is all healed-check the injury board for info on my injury i had made a thread

so if u see me posting any less strong about bodybuiding dont freak out or question me

Are you or are you not going to compete in bbing? 

If you are...then you have to eat, sleep, train hardcore, like a bber.  Doesn't mean you have to do this all the time, bber's do have off-seasons, but if you are serious about competing and really believe you are bber...then do what it takes to compete.  There are no half-ass "hardcore" bber's....well, there are, but we don't wanna go there, and you definitely don't want to be in that category.

I took a MONSTER, and I mean MONSTER shit this morning.  I can only equate it to what Onlyme's defecations must look like, except that I am about 150 pounds lighter than Onlyme.  So that should give you the magnitude of the shit.
