on leg days i like to put platz videos on of him training legs,its a double edge sword tho cause u go to gym all fired up n realize that the weight im struggling with tom is warming up with :o i mean i never go beyond 315,even tho they r below parralell n near rock bottom squats its still warm up weight for tom

true,we have a leg room in our gym n when i walk in the leg rooms always fairly empty, its great its got 3 power racks,2 squat racks,2 leg press,1 reguler n 1 hammer leg press, hammer squat peice,vertical leg press,hack squat.not to bad n its like a dungeon.that rooms always almost empty cause everyones curling n bench pressing ::)
