Chris Kaman is headed back to Los Angeles, this time with the Lakers.
The Lakers announced their intention to sign Kaman, a 7-foot free agent center who spent the first eight years of his career with the Clippers, in a statement released Monday.
Terms were not disclosed, but sources with knowledge of the deal told ESPN's Marc Stein and Ramona Shelburne that Kaman agreed to a one-year contract worth the Lakers' mini mid-level exception amount of just under $3.2 million.

Kaman can play the game of basketball, this is true but the problem is that he much older now and has been routinely injured and missed tons of games.
He'll contribute at a sold clip, if he's not injured for the rest of the season after week 3.
