The first poem I wrote for my wife
« on: February 24, 2014, 05:31:33 AM »
If blessings were raindrops

If blessings were raindrops
And sunlight grace,
Then you are God's rainbow.
If sunset is the sky's last symphony,
You are the scarlet, sapphire calm.
If beauty is concealed upon unseen plains,
Then your eyes are the wild,
And if loved ones are expressions,
You are my smile,
And I would spend my last treasure
To keep your voice,
Where I could always hear you.

I think she has?

Last week I came back from the gym and she wrote me a short one on the back a scrap piece of paper that was called "Take the fucking rubbish out you lazy bastard"

Love is grand and in the end all that really matters in this world.  I'm glad you appreciate your wife the way you do

Doesnt even rhyme, she needs taking to task for that effort.

True man.

You know when it really comes down to it all, and my worst fears were realised i.e. impending nuclear attack/tsunami/certain death/missed anabolic window - all that I would care about it just grabbing hold of my wife and children and telling them how much I care about them before we all go.

Don't worry, taken care of on the spot. I purposely didn't carpet our stairs for times like that.

I might make a protein drink on my way out.  Tsunamis are extremely catabolic.  ;D

How much waxy maize would you add, considering the blood will be drawn away from your stomach so it can leak out through the tree wounds on your head lol

I had a balcony installed on the first floor kitchen so that she could get some vitamin D and fresh air in between meals
