Ditch the milk (digestion) & orange juice (insulin spikes). Only eat bananas (fast carbs) right after working out.
Best of luck!

It's a nice looking diet, but I think there is too much milk in it. Get rid of that and you will be fine. Cheers.

What "Old School" did this diet come from?

Looks like the crap dietitians come up with for the school cafeteria.

looks dreadful, srs.

like you purposely put together the most bland foods possible in an effort to be 'hardcore'

i loved the "3 slice cheese"

three slices!! why not three and a third?  why not three and four-fifths?  surely one of those would be more precise!

I need to know the thickness of the slices and the fat content of the cheese.

It might be fun to try on your mom old jeans or brush off your dad old record player but we are begging you leave their rusty old diet tricks, while science is still trying to figure out if coffee is bad for you or not here are a few diet tips you can safely forget about for good. The cabbage soup is diet and jiggle machine were total bs, but there are some old school diet tips that still work today. The golden eagle came from an era where supplements were scare.

Cabbage soup? I remember that one. My wife is a nurse and she told me about that one. That isn't about health or fitness. It's about getting severely obese people to drop enough a lot of weight quickly, to prep them for surgery.

After surgery and eating normally, those folks regain that weight with the quickness.
