Mike,

The great thing is since your bodyfat is soo lean and you have trained abs, you will always have abs no matter what in the future...this is pretty much a given whether you are 5% or 15% BF...

Just think of all the Pro's in the offseason, they always seem to have a glimpse of abs....

Nice shirt although I would complain.....

Are you guys going to the PDI show here in Orlando?

If I understand correctly, Vinny and Rhino are already part of the PDI and don't need to qualify

(Chime in here guys if I'm wrong) but if I am still in Florida come August which I hope I am not....I will be there....

Man, I don't know how you do those low carb days!! I checked my oatmeal just for the heck of it, and my 2 packs was like 50 and then I put a bananna in it and have toast, and that is just for breakfast ;D
