It's about 68 degrees F. Not too many babes on the beach now. The Seaside bars and Bayside bars are still filled with hot women on the weekend.

I'll post a workout in here cause Im old

today I hit the bag for 20 minutes--abs for 15 minutes--attempted to jump rope off and on for 5 mins lol---then I ran on the treadmill for 50 minutes (30 run, 20 super fast walk)

yesterday I did spiderman pushups, mountain climbers, and manmakers with no rest between/1 minute after all 3 for 5 sets
also did giant set of laterals, front raises, rear laterals, shrugs for 4 sets very little rest
then did 10 uphill sprints on treadmill followed by 10 as hard as i could on stair stepper--very little rest between

I found that working out early before work is a great system. When I get home from work it's just time to do nothing.  I don't know about you guys but I could never workout on Friday the traditional end of the work week. I have worked a crazy schedule much of my adult life but right now it's Monday to Friday. Friday is hitting the liquor store for a cold six pack after work.

Had to look up manmakers. Really tough stuff. Do you do any burpees with a jump at the end?

swimming must be great...good for the body...my legs are so sore day 2 after that workout....leg press to heavy then back down increasing reps is brutal...
