Title: Christmas - what are your bodybuilding related plans?

On a more important note, what are your bodybuilding related plans for christmas. I plan to work out and smoke copious amounts of weed, getting random people to feel my biceps.

Go for a run in the am, depending on how cold it is depends on how far I go..Wait for nugget to wake up, eat bkfst (she wont want to eat LOL). Eat like there is no tomorrow. Enjoy the day with my family

I plan to eat enough to gain 5 pounds.


After that I plan to take a good ol' shit on pic of Hillary and enjoy my freedom as there is nothing she can do about it   ;D
