but I believe the sweater needs to be draped over the shoulders & tied in a knot around the neck & the dog is missing it's boatshoes

I don't think Tad's preppy shirts fit anymore.  He's gotten a 'tad' fluffy over this cold winter (and it is tough to portion for a small dog with big dogs, it always looks like he is getting nothing  )

  He has his coat but it's his feet that get frozen.  I have had to go out and rescue him because he will stop walking and just hold up different feet, and then I get him and rub them for him  .  It has been really cold here lately so I don't even bother letting him out those times.
