With 4 felony charges waiting all giftwrapped for him, I think he'll be on the lam goodwilll tour for the rest of his life.

Milos must have been pissed he wasnt able to use pink db's for those last few dumbbell exercises. Looked to be struggling.

For those of you who don't know - I am now living in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.

I am working in Workout RD Gym, Diamond Plaza [809-227-0371] doing ONLINE and SKYPE consultations and preparing amateur and pro physique competitors (bodybuilders, figure, fitness, bikini...models), athletes from various sports and people in general wanting to get in their best shape - quickest, healthiest and most effective way.  In the very near future I will start doing muscle camps and seminars again.

this kind of training reminds me of how arthur jones used to train his clients...one exercise immedietly followed by another...but he would do 2-3 exercises in a row, but milos takes it to the extreme and does so many diffrent exercises i lost count...brutal way to train...but it looks more like a aerobic kind of workout instead of anerobic....i will try it today and i bet i  will puke
