that training all good and well but does it offer anything over conventional training really? Looks to my like a good way to have a heart attack. Someone like milos kinda needs there own special workout for marketing purposes.

How is his relationship with Milamar now?

Is Milamar with Hide?

Did she take over Koloseum gym?

Will his daughter travel from US to visist her father in DR?

this kind of training reminds me of how arthur jones used to train his clients...one exercise immedietly followed by another...but he would do 2-3 exercises in a row, but milos takes it to the extreme and does so many diffrent exercises i lost count...brutal way to train...but it looks more like a aerobic kind of workout instead of anerobic....i will try it today and i bet i will puke

A true Giant-Set consists of 4-6 exercises,but Milos modified it to 10 or more to my way of thinking after training like this off and on for years,4-6 is far better as long as there is no rest between sets.

it is ironic that a guy that literally killed people via extreme PEDs regimens is totally burned out because of 'recreational' drugs

my only problem with it is that I train in a really small gym now and I feel like a douche if I take all the material

I try to never use more than 2 piece of equipment at the same time
