VKM will only induct The Undertaker. Plus I keep hearing interviews and reading that he is only on TV now because ratings are so low. Apparently he's not happy doing it because he knows how bad he looks these days. I'll push all my chips forward and bet Stephanie is the one that will induct them. XPac suggested Mike Tyson on a recent interview. Maybe Austin?

I heard Kane may possible induct Taker as they are very good friends in real life.

Her Mother accepted and got the HOF ring.

 But normally, if an inductee is deceased, a family member gets on stage to accept the award on the deceased member’s behalf, along with an appearance on the ramp during the intros at WrestleMania. But, Chyna’s sister wasn’t onstage at the HOF or on the ramp at ‘Mania with the rest of DX.

She's interfered in SEVERAL documentaries, tv shows and other media.
