Toney is one of my favourite pro's, but his arms just don't look that big from the front. They don't look Wide fron the front.
Lack of outer tricep.

His arms have always been small for his frame. Not much he can do about that. It really stands out when Phil Heath is standing next to him.

I would have to Disagree - All that stands out is the consistent improvements made. The Nine shows last year - 16 in the last two and getting better... Hey Toney they say you have small arms when standing next to Phil " best arms ever " heath ... Any Thoughts? By the way Phil is looking Toney - It may not stand out as much as you first thought.... :D

I've actually seen tony's waist meaured at just under 31" freaking ridiculous. In person never met anyone as impressive as tony, opinion of course I know others disagree. But I look at it as who I most want to look like, but just a much smaller version ;D

They would be bigger than 19, he has tall man, long limb syndrome, i would bet his arms measure as big as Ronnies just they are 1 and half times as long.
