If watching tv at all at that time, I'll likely be watching Erin Burnett.  ;) But good for Cenk for getting a new gig. Olbermann gradually builds up any network he goes to.

Young Turk's Cenk Uygur headed to Current TV

NEW YORK (AP) — Current TV is bringing Cenk Uygur to its prime-time lineup.

Current will work with Uygur and his team to launch a television version of "The Young Turks," the network announced Tuesday.

The Young Turks, led by Uygur, are a group of journalists and commentators whose online "TYT Network" shows are popular on YouTube. The new Current show will be produced from Los Angeles-based studios and will premiere later this year, Current said.

"Cenk Uygur has a strong grasp of what audiences seek: context and insight about the news and complex issues that affect their lives, unfettered by corporate influences," said Current chairman and co-founder Al Gore.

The show will precede "Countdown with Keith Olbermann" at 7 p.m. Eastern each weeknight. Like Olbermann, Uygur was formerly on MSNBC. Olbermann, who left MSNBC in January, soon afterward joined Current, where his program premiered in June as the planned centerpiece of a full night of talk programing.
