brutal "if" true. as it is currently impossible for mRNA to do anything other than be read. until that report is peer reviewed it is worthless, as seen when people like Andrew Wakefield produced his paper on how vaccines cause autism, which they don't, and his paper was discredited under peer review, and he had to withdraw the claims.
