If Stan Efferding is so healthy..

Why is his skin always purple/red?? He gets labs done monthly, yet his skin looks to be of someone with hypertension, extremely high blood pressure. 🤔

Too much gear.
Drop the compounds, do TRT only (if needed).
Large, aging and drugging, not a good plan for longevity...

Extremely strong fucker in his prime. Seems like a good guy too.

On a serious note, he needs to drop the anabolics, lower testosterone to 125mg a week and drop 40 pounds if he wants to live longer. Bigorexia kills whether it’s too much fat or muscle. He could be the next John Meadows. Both nice guys that seemed to overlook the more important factors while focusing on the smaller stuff that are considered healthy

usually that's an indicator of underlying heart issues but he's been going strong for almost 20 years now

i bet he's got his blood pressure managed w medications and just has a tendency to flush easily
