They are seriously lacking in comparison to my legs, though I train for strength, not size. I'm not hugely bulked, though I'm not single digits either. The size of my arms only varies once I lose or gain about 8-10lb, otherwise they just sit at 17.25 cold flexed. I might do some curls and push downs over the summer when I have more time to train, hopefully grow them a bit. How about you?
